In this animation I brought the topic of climate solutions to life in the form of playful building blocks, explaining what climate solutions are, why we need them and in what ways Kode21 uses those building blocks to transform the way we design products, services, buildings, landscapes- anything.I had a lot of fun to come up this visual language!
During a brainstorming session with the client, we pinpointed the heart of the farmer's conundrum and clarified the message for potential participants in the new food chain.
To convey this message, we chose a straightforward style that speaks for itself, and relatable characters with a simple yet expressive look. Rigging the characters for animation, adding facial expressions, was particularly fun and brought the characters to life.
